Welcome to Making Midlife Marvelous – a website for those of us midlife women who want to change the idea that it is “all downhill” from here! 

Too often midlife is referred to as a “crisis” and an inevitable time of decline.  I want to help you shift that thinking! Midlife can be marvelous but it often requires us to take care of ourselves differently.  In order to do that, we need the information and resources that we can understand and trust.  I hope Making Midlife Marvelous will be that for you! 

Here I will share my story, what I am doing to stay healthy and feeling good, as well as the resources I follow for ideas and information specifically for midlife women.

Making Midlife Marvelous is all about providing authentic, reliable, and trustworthy healthy lifestyle and wellness information specifically for midlife women!  I want to empower women to advocate for their own health through common sense lifestyle changes, reasonable and easy to understand health information, and mindset shifts that motivate change.  

Having been through my own frustrations about midlife weight gain – only to be given the diagnosis of “being that certain age”, I want to change that idea for us!   Let’s shift the narrative about midlife women!  XO Rhonda

Let me help you shift your mindset about what it means to be healthy at midlife and beyond. 

I did not create Making Midlife Marvelous to give out victory lessons or to sell you anything!  No programs. No quick fixes. No hype….just ideas and resources that have helped me and I hope they will help you too.

I will share my journey, help explain what I have learned, and let you decide what it makes sense for your health and wellness.

I did not set out to become a Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, I was simply looking for my own answers.  But with the idea that I could help others, the certification made sense, and I was at a time in my life when I could take on the new challenge.  Of course, now as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach,  I am available if you want extra support making your midlife marvelous!
